About Loveland, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Loveland is a small, historic Ohio town straddling the Little Miami River.  It is a great place to live with beautiful, cyclical weather and gorgeous structural design, commons areas, and more. The town’s nearness to Cincinnati and Dayton makes it a great home for commuters.  This has granted Loveland opportunities to grow while still lovingly holding on to its historic roots and culture. Though it may only have about 13,000 residents, this small town is fascinating and full of Ohio heritage.

In its early days, Loveland was mostly a resort city, with beautiful summer homes for the wealthy in the area.  The summer weather was perfect for time spent along the river, and for boating and fishing as well as leisurely walks. The town is now less touristy, but still incredibly beautiful and fun.  It has all of the allure of a vacation town without nearly as many of the actual vacationers.  That makes it the perfect place to get away from it all, at home.  Again, commuters love this town because they can work all day in the urban atmosphere of Cincy or Dayton and then head back home to a quiet riverside cottage in the evenings.

This town’s culture, like so many other local communities, is profoundly influenced by the German and Irish immigrants who first settled in the area hundreds of years ago.  Immigrants from Germany and Ireland settled in the area in the mid to late 19th century and by the beginning of the 20th century, the area was heavily populated with immigrants from those two countries.  In particular, Germans have lived here for many generations and the culture is deeply rooted in the German way of life.
